      As I've told you before regarding my Mum. She now has necrosis regarding her leg and foot, they cannot do an operation as she is too weak. I am sorry to say but this heartbreak is awful. She doesn't know me (which is ok) and awful as it must sound I want her to go to get out of this cruel illness. X

      It doesn't sound awful at all - it is very understandable - and you have to look at the whole picture.
