Hi everyone

Hi my name is Tom and I am 17 years old,

I have had a sore throat for about 3 weeks now, the GP strongly thinks it is caused by GERD and tells me it will heal but will take a while to. Apart from this I have difficulty swallowing almost anything, a tight throat feeling and difficulty talking but no reddening at the back of my throat or tonsils. I was just wondering if any of you have any suggestions as to what it may be.   Any repplies will be greatly appreciated, many thanks

look up the information about gerd on the net look at it from all angles alternative and main stream .see if you think any of it fits you . and i would see another doctor for second opion . peopel iv heard of that has it is normaly a digestion problem

see an acupuntrist it could be anxity . really think you need to comb the internet for answers .but use common sense .also you could try changing your diet to non acidic diet to make your body more akaline look this up also on the net .
