    Hey Lisa!

    Congratulations!

I'm hoping for a similar result. I'm 5 days in (second time around), and my usual self weigh-in is every Friday. Weighed in this morning, and I'm 5lb down. Feeling very good today!

I'm going swimming today! Looking forward to it - less impact on my foot (plantar issues and tendon issues) and I feel I have the stamina to burn more calories.
