Hi guys anybody awake? Having a down moment with this pain 😩

Although I haven't been diagnosed with costo I'm hoping for a bit of reassurance/help. I suffer from anxiety and am on propranolol for my heart as it does race occasionally the last couple of months I've had left sided mainly shooting sharp pains in my breast aching under arm tight chest and feeling like I have a lump in my throat sometimes like something is stuck also I feel like something is poking out below my ribs almost like I need to push it back in although there's nothing there when I feel I've had numerous ecgs breasts checked and also normal bloods ...... I also have really horrific knots on my shoulders which are going to be sorted with a massage this week my question is could this all be related to costo or could it be what the docs think and that's muscular trapped nerve/ bad shoulder knots (the side the pains radiates is the side of my shoulder with the worst knots.) I'm just hoping it is all muscular I'm getting myself worked up its something bad 😩 xx
