Hi have I got Tinnitus

About 8 weeks ago I started to hear a continual noise like the ocean    in both my ears I only hear it when things are quiet ,went to my doc and he gave me a cortisone nasel spray,hasent worked!  its really worrying me, I am in my sixties and battling polymyalgia, now this problem' getting older  really sucks as the mind stays the same but the body starts falling apart.

    I would not like to offer you a medical opinion

    Please go to see an ENT and perhaps have 

    A referral for hearing test

      Hi Phil thanks for your reply I am going back to see my GP in a couple of weeks, I should be able to get a referral then,the reason I asked the question is' in the past forums like these have been a great help to me as the answers from others that have had to same problems as I have come up with some really good suggestions and support when I am feeling worried and a bit down.
