Hi my age is 27 and i am facing this problem from 3 years and not diagonised properly.

symptoms  like (fatigue, tunnel vision, triedness, lack of concentration, not willing to do eat even though hungry or do anything)

Initally i went through mutliple blood test for thyroid, vitamin-d3, b12 and from the reports doctor suggested it is due to lcak of vitamin d3.

I used medicines for 1 year but no changes in symptoms and again checked my vitamin d3 but in normal limit, then gone through MRI, ECG AND ENT doctors and everything is fine.

Doctor said it may be due to chroinc migraine and i am using medicine for almost 1 year still i am having same problems.

plz help ...

From the description of your symptoms, it sounds like you could have CFS/ME. This is a diagnosis of exclusion--there are currently no biomarkers for the illness. So if you've excluded other possibilities through tests, you need to see a doctor well versed in this illness. You have to advocate for yourself. Otherwise, doctors not in the know will give an incorrect diagnosis or tell you it's all in your head.

Hi sorry to hear your plight. You haven't said what level of fatigue you have? Are you able to work with it ?  Or are you housebound ? Or are you able to work in the morning and sleep in the afternoon? Lots of illnesses have fatigue as a symptom . For instance diabeties when untreated. But chronic fatigue syndrome is on another level it gradually takes away your ability to work, socialize ,even communicate and concentrate it's so so severe your personality disappears as you don't have the energy to have one. I do hope your fatigue is not as severe .

You need to ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist for CFS/ m.e . Most hospitals have one or a neurologist who deals with CFS. My husband was fatigued like yourself for 4 years went from full time work to part time then ceased work and only now agreed to ask to be referred to a specialist. Like you he was probed and tested for sleep apnoea, depression, endless blood tests and even endoscopy to see if he coeliac disease. All came back healthy. So he felt that they thought he was a fraud. I nagged and got him to see a nice gp who referred him to CFS specialist , we had to insist as the gp felt it wouldn't help !!!!!! It was the best thing ever. He had to tell her his whole history all 4 years ... She listened and then said you have CFS she got out the NICE guidelines to diagnose CFS . Then explained that anything from open heart surgery ,car crashes to gastric flu and general flu can trigger it. You can fully recover. But you need to learn to pace yourself. She has referred him to CFS occupational therapists to help him to recover. She prescribed him drugs to help him fall asleep ( same problem as you ) and a drug for epileptics which stops pain for his continuous headaches. These drugs are known to work on CFS sufferers as they have less side effects.. They have worked no headaches and falling asleep when he goes to bed. Get to see a specialist the difference to my husbands confidence is priceless. And the occupational therapists come next week to the house. They sent a leaflet it said imagine you have 10 one pound coins of energy a day . How many coins do u use? All 10 quickly and then struggle . Try to only use the 10 coins for each day not trying to steal ones from the next day causing you to crash. Pace yourself ... Interesting as you can pace yourself to recovery ...  We have friends who have recovered so we know it's possible but we feel going to the specialist has really helped to get my husbands health back on track ... You will recover too but you may need to make some big changes to your routine my husband didn't he fought it and in the end it got so bad he couldn't work and it won ... Now he realises he has to work with it ... Tough but worth it to recover smile

Hi sleep apnea does cause fatigue.. My husband was tested for it wore a monitor all night but he didn't have it. He used to jolt when he was asleep as if he was being electrocuted . It would make him wake and roll over. He did it several times a night . That is a common symptom of CFS. It stops you going into deep sleep.
