a) Do you have a room or place spinning feeling or you have difficulty seeing moving objects and turning back ,left, right of your head makes dizzy? and do you have discomfort watching bright light?
1)Do you have indigestion problems like gastrtis, gallbladder not working or gallstones ? if your digestion is good then lot of other test needs to be done.
2)Brain Mri with contrast - if good move to next
3)ECG and Echo doppler test for the heart and blood pressure levels.
4) TMJ Disorder test and Neck MRI
5)VNG test to check vestibular disorder
4)Vitamin B12,iron ,magnesium test

I'm from India. There are many free government hospitals which provides treatment if you are not financially strong.

Hi sagar60439
You may be suffering from 'Agrophobia'..fear of open spaces and crowds...also 'Vertigo' a spinning sleepy sensation. You should ask your doctor and request to be referred to a therapist for some Cognitive Therapy.....also as a precautionary measure go see your Opthalmologist for an eye test .....

I would suggest go see your optician...On occasion an eye test can reveal a problem not relating to your eyes but to other issues in the head/brain area....

Hi sagar60439
Don't know what part of the world you are..but you must have a medical centre which will refer you to a specialist for your medical problems, and I think you should certainly book an appointment with an opitician.....
