    hi minhal....i face same issue but didn't done operation...i seen there is no guarantee after operation in these cases..but you can make it successful by managing it..use betadine in warn water and take silt bath for infection..use ayurvedic remedies..drink warm water at morning..take isapgol powder and fiber fruits..dont use soap over there..use coconut oil in affeted areas regularly and massage it..consult doctor..get well soon..take precaution that it will not reoccur..
