Need help, recently been diagnosed with BPPV, been off work now 3 weeks.. employer not happy.. My questions are, can I keep a job down or will my employer think I'm to much of a risk.. As recently started new job and 2 weeks in come down with this!
Also the amount of pressure in my head sometimes all over, is so bad I can't sleep, is this normal?
Any help would be appreciated!

You poor thing. I've had Bppv too. If you can get in to see a GP they will perform the Epley manoeuvre which may well resolve it x
