Hi Tracey. You are certainly not on your own my dear. Welcome! You will eventually find ways to cope with this condition that suits your particular situation and symptoms so don't ever despair. And try your best to lower your expectations for yourself and be kinder to your emotions. Stress plays a big factor in the onset of Fibromyalgia so seeking healthy methods to manage stress is absolutely crucial to your wellbeing. Many of the ladies and gents here can give you the encouragement and support you need. It is not always pleasant to deal with pain and fatigue but just remember that it could be much worse. Try to concentrate on what you do have and what you can do, and not what you don't or can't. Warm hugs to you sweetie! Maggie xx

Hello, I only joined around a week ago and the support and advice I have had already has been great. I feel like I can speak to people who understand and it has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Before I felt like I was constantly talking about my pain to family and friends but because they don't understand it is hard for them to relate and half the time I don't think half of the people believe how bad you feel. The people here are great and will really help you feel more positive xx
