hi I m having strange head and heart beats heard in head

hi i am 15 years old i have strange sensation in head , feels weird , heart beats are heard in my head back side . and feels buzzy in my head .i m feeling tinglings in my legs and hand and i feel nervous. its not going away . and i feel everything is shaking from inside .i feel  catchy behing my head. its really strange sensations in head i cant even describe it .

please help me out i m feeling scared .

i have had this first time.

    You are experiencing an anxiety attack. The adrenaline is rushing thru you. Beep breathe. Get the app bellybio so you breathe correctly using your belly. Its anxiety. Very common, but uncomfortable

      Yes and an anxiety attack is scary and comes with all weird symptoms. Its not normal the  anxiety yiu have its severe. So severe  your body actually thinks it is in danger and sends chemicals thru your system to get ready to fight a big battle to survive. Thats the weird symptoms the blood is rushing to go to parts of your body that need to be very alert and work real well. But you are not in danger so you get to feel the rush of fear and symptoms. Breathing will help calm it all down. It takes ten minutes for the cycle to finish and it will unless you start thinking bad things and making a mess out of it. If you find this happens a lot ask your mom to bring you to the doctor and you can tell the doctor. Its really common and becoming too common among teens lately.

    Sounds kinda like a sugar reaction.  Have you eaten today?

    Have you eaten a balanced meal...like with protein and carbs?

    Medical help is different in each country. Are your parents able to help you?
