Hi I’m knew and need help please !!!

i have been unwell for the last 6/8 weeks and before this i have serve migraines, sensitive to light and sound,constant ringing in my ears, brain fog, body hurts like flu, nausea, i have ibs, cant concentrate, sleep problems, muscle twitching, dizzyness and low mood**. could this all be related to chronic fatigue syndrome????

    Go to the doctors its probably too early to know if it is, it took me 2 years to get an official diagnosis.

    Dear Sarah it could be, but it could also be a number of other things. You have to go to a doc and get a number of tests. Good luck.

      they treated me over 6 months ago and it came back vitamin d difficiant however i have been taking them every day and this just continues on and on.

      I could not say, but there are a number of other autoimmune illnesses.

    a lot of the symptoms you described is what I deal with. I have both cfs and fibromyalgia. But to be diagnosed with cfs you have to have many things eliminated. This is because there is a lot out there that share the same symptoms. For me to even be diagnosed with fibromyalgia we had to rule out thyroid issues, ms, mono, h pylori (which I did have and helped with anemia and vitamin d deficiency once treated) and many many other fun things. once they have tested for everything and treated any issues you have, if any issues remain they will make a decision on cfs.
