hi i’m scared and too broke to see a real doctor. PLEASE is this worts or HPV?

The other day I was masturbating and I was using a little bit of baby oil on the outside of my vagina and some of it accidentally got inside and then the next day I got a yeast infection (i’m assuming) my vagina is itchy and it’s red and swollen. and it smells like a Yeast infection. but the reason why I’m so worried it’s because in March I had sex with a guy who had a cold sore on the side of his lip. I didn’t give him head and he didn’t give me head but we definitely did have intercourse without protection and he came inside of me. and lately ive been having tonsillitis. and now this yeast infection is showing me that I have two red irritated bumps on my clit. im so worried. I constantly keep checking the Internet about STDs and it’s driving me crazy. I just really don’t have the money to go get tested imageimage

    looks like an irritation to me. in all cases you should wait for a couple if weeks before getting tested
