it's pearly penile papules on the edge and might be fordyce spots on the inside.
they are all HARMLESS but this is a sign to be more careful and easy going with the penis.

I was referring to the top of the head after the edges, there is like small bumps on the head

it's nothing. it's too subtle to be anything..
