Hi, sorry this is happening for you. I’ve had a hellish time going back on these.I was so terrified to go to bed 2 weeks ago as I woke so frequently and couldn’t go back to sleep. Temazepam gave me a few unbroken hours 😢. It’s a bit better now and I’ve stopped the sleepers. It’s still difficult and I don’t stop be a zombie until pm. I think this is part of the brain adjustment which takes a little while. I also have bad tinnitus which scares me, I know! It will settle down if you give it chance and you will begin to feel better. Stay with it and you’ll make progress.

You are not alone. I am one of those highly-sensitive people, so for me even going from 25 to 50 mg was a gradual adjustment with the increasing feeling of a pounding heart beat, more freaked out with panic feelings, etc. Of course we are going to feel slight changes in our environment and be hyper-aware of what's going on around us. It sucks when you don't feel yourself with your loved ones, but stay the course for a couple more weeks & then decide with your doctor what to do next if you still feel bad. Try to take it easy on yourself and relax when you do "notice". Xx
