    Hi,

This means you've been placed straight into the Support Group with regulations 29/35, which means this...

there would be a substantial risk to the mental or physical health of any person if the claimant were found not to have limited capability for work/work-related activity”

Which for you is great news, well done.

    Hi Denise,

    Thanks for your reply.

Do you know how long this gets awarded for etc I really have no clue what all this means

but I know I have had an awful couple of years

    Kind regards

It should tell you on the decision letter how long till your next re-assessment. Normally the max amount of time between re-assessments is 3 years for the support group but they can re-assess you anytime.
