Your doctor sounds as useful as most of those I've seen for the condition. Hang on in there smile

Hi there. I am 28 years old and have smoked for the last 15 yrs. I've tried quitting as well becaue my pain scares me. For 2 1/2 yrs now I've been experiencing sternum, chest, upper back, left breast, armpit and left arm pain. My doctor has taken x rays and have treated me for several different things. It always comes back, and for the last 2 weeks... the pain is constant. I can't sleep at night and I hurt worse than ever. I am so tired and no one know's what to do... I almost can't deal with the pain anymore and I have a high tolerance.

Is there any one who can help me???

Can I suggest you try asking dr. for valium to get some sleep and to reduce muscle spasms? That's what I did. And also I am having physio and acupuncture which is helping a bit, but not made it go away (yet, as I live in great hope!)

Hi, I have had this condition for 8 years I stopped smoking 1 year ago and it has made no differance to the condition. I do stretching exercise 3-4 times a day i think i would not be able to move if i did not. Taking 1000 mgs of fish oil a day has helped.
