Hi im male 39 from Sydney Australia I suspect I may have a hiatus hernia

when I lay down I can't breathe and when I eat anything it's like it gets stuck and food comes back up like reflux recently been making me sick at work running to restroom release bowel and having dizzy nausea/vomiting been drinking alot of water as I have a migraine with it I work as a horticulturist for myself I run a small garden buisness but it's affecting my lifestyle any help appreciated thanks 😃
