I need to crack my neck sometimes and can hear it pop loudly occasionally. All my bones click and pop whenever I exercise but it's not loud most of the time.

Hiya!
Every single day I have to twist my back and crack it from top to bottom, including my neck. I hold the front of a chair and twist so the bottom of my spine clicks and I ask my other half to walk on my back. There is no other way to relieve my pain which I've had for several years (I am 24 years old). I'm just about to receive a diagnosis for Ankylosing spondylitis as my sacroilliac joint and spine are fused (I'm guessing the clicking moves the joints that are fused so they don't feel as stiff hence providing the relief). I've been told by my rheumotalogist that this could eventually weaken my bones and that I should stop before I damage my spine permanently

Part of having AS in my experience is dealing with ALL my joints cracking and popping. Be glad you can still crack your back, if it becomes fused you won't be able to move it enough to do this. When I was younger only my back cracked, now at 38 every joint in my body does, with the knees and ankles being the loudest.
