    Hi, it looks like a mole/skin tag to me but I'm no epxert. If it doesn't grow or multiply, there's nothing to be alarmed. You should still ask a professional opinion eventually (at your annual check-up for example), but I see no urgency to do so.

      i picked at a pimple before and then it turned into this

      Warts are more frequently rough to the touch but they can also be soft. I still don't think you should be alarmed. Skin tags appear when your body produce extra skin-cells, especially when there's friction. It's possible the rubbing of your underwear turned your healing bump into a tag. The only way to be sure is to get a professional opinion. Maybe you can ask your pharmacist first.

    it's genital wart please get hpv test and take some immune booster drugs don't stress it's the only way to beat it
