Hi. I have uterine fibroids and have had two Mirena Coils that helped the extreme bleeding but gave me side effects including Anxiety and Depression. I decided to have the Mirena Coil removed last week and have had cold symptoms and nausea, fatigue and a racing mind.
Does anyone else have these and what helps please?

how was your typical cycle,
stress will induce more, control it
i have seen loads of patients with uf, many doesn't know till they diagnose.
do jumba or some cardio to improve your stress
