i follow the forum most days but dont reply, just follow,

i think im doing OK on them, weight loss wise considering i have rather bad mobility problems so dont get much excersise, so it would be interesting to see your ideas as im getting rather stuck on what to eat, i seem to eat the same stuff,,,,,, all low fat i may add,

      Hi Britney

      thanks for the link,

i tend to eat a lot of salads with fish {sardines.tuna} or chicken breast with very little dressing,

      im rather a plain eater, dont like spicy foods, most be a the only person in the country who dosent eat spicy? also eat a lot of fruit {some people say i eat to much}

tonight im having spag bowl for change,,,,,,, only because iv run out of salad and not up to going to shop to buy more,

i forgot to say that my weight when i started on the pills was 23.1st and as i say im now between 21.3 and 21.0 {depends how much i have drunk as i also have water retention which dosent help} so the 2-3 litres a day can hinder me, loss wise

although im now 21.0 - 21.3 iv been told that, yes im big, but i dont look as bad as others, as being 6"7' i carry the weight well???????

i dont know what weight i want to get to?, eventhough the powers to be say betwen 13 and 151/2, personly i think that would be too much for me, but i wont know till i loose more and when i feel comfy then that will be my limit/goal

once again thanks for the link

      Hi Jim

      No problem and your welcome.

I like spicy food but not too hot as you can't taste it then! there are other things you can flavour your meals with such as herbs and other non spicy spices such as cumin ground corriander garam masala mic with yogurt and marinate meat/quorn.

I eat the above spices on potatoes then bake in the oven (hm wedges chips whatever you want to call them)

Even if you eat the same stuff all the time these spices can make you think your having something different. Olde el paso fajita seasoning is good also i put that on quorn mince (no longer eat meat)

Do you like mexican food? that's not spicy

Maggi cooking bags are nice double up chicken/quorn/fish then you have cooked meat etc for leftovers for a salad the next day.

I drink anywhere between 4-8 ltrs a day but as i have said before everyone is different.

Fruit is good also make sure you chop and change your veg it can get boring.

One thing i would suggest is to do an 'online shop' that way you can use the website to work out what is within the 5g rule plus it's all saved then you can take that with you to the shops if you don't shop online.

I alays put lots of mushrooms with my spag bol and add extra seasonings even just lea and perrins sometimes and serve with a tiny amount of pasta as i hate spaghetti although i do like a bit more of the other ones.

Gnocchi is nice have you tried that?

I made meatballs the other day quorn ones even meat eaters have told me they taste like meat so maybe give quorn a try?

Sardines are too high in fat i guess you have had side effects from them?

Tkae it a stone at a time. Jeez your tall wish i was taller i'm only 5ft6 you must carry it well with your height. I was told i didnt look my size at the time..hmmmLOL

      Your welcome
