So I have not been diagnosed or have not been to the dr. But I think I may have cost? I male just turned 27 a couple days ago and for over a year or so. I've been getting this come and go pain above my left breast. And last couple weeks it has been moveing to my sternum. But the pain on the left breast is more where I get the pain.. I member dealing with a lil bit of acid reflux and no this is not that. It's comes and goes almost all day.. I do work at a concrete mixer driver which is pretty intense stressful job.. labor is required everyday.. so idk if I have this or maybe just tore something.... Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

    Hi,

I'd go to see your doctor and get the pain checked out. Any persistent pain on the left side of your chest should be examined, to rule out any problems, and particularly for your own peace of mind. Worrying about it will cause stress, which won't help your pains.

Well I had a chest x-ray back in November that was normal Sept for pnemonia... My blood came back normal my ekg came back normal.... But the pain did not go away so I haven't been to a Dr about it.. but I did have test and I know I had that pain so they def would have saw something.. if there was something there.. but there was not.. so idk.. just comes and goes all day some days I'm good and it didn't come at all..

Ya that could be possible. I was very athletic before I got a job that has weird and crazy hours. It's just a weird dull pain I can pinpoint where the pain is at on my rib left side the worst right side not so bad but can pin point the spot as well. When I breath sometimes I get pain in ribs if I lay a wire way I get pain. Just very very wierd sometimes it moves to the middle of my chest but same height.. just weird
