Hi please help Im worried on what this is.

Hi so i had sexual intercourse a couple of days ago and after my private felt sore but i didn't pay any attention to it and the next day it just felt very uncomfortable and i knew something was bothering me down there so i took pictures and its red its not itchy and it doesn't really hurt it's just uncomfortable like when i walk or sit down i just want to know what this could be. I'm not very good at explaining things so I'm sorry if it doesn't make sense this is what it looks like.

    sounds like its a friction rub/burn

    you may need a little extra lubrication next time
