Hi there, can anybody recommend some good literature dealing with fear of abandonment? Thanks

There is so much stuff around regarding this subject, I just wondered if anyone out there has read or listened to something that they feel has been useful, informative and helpful on the subject of abandonment, fear of abandonment? Thanks

    Hi I don't know of any specific info regarding this but I do recommend you have a look at Psych Central online as they have of different articles etc. on there.  x

    I assume an event or several events in your childhood have led to insecurity and you still have matters that may need closure. I have plenty of material as I experienced this myself
