Hi Ishaan, you need to tell me so that I an sure, this looks like really dry skin and there are small red patches - is this what you see?!
When you say you have shaved - where do you mean - you are adult enough to shave your face, or do you mean your penis?
What you need to tell me precisely is what you have put / applied to your penis? Have you put any skin cream or baby lotion, for example - or have your rubbed anything like this into your penis?
Your father could be right - only you have to be sure you are not doing the wrong things to make sure this does not go away .....

Hi wee_dougie he said it's a dry skin. I said to my father that i have pimple.like bumps in my penis head And he said it's natural but when penis head comes like that in the picture i am worried now. Yes small red patches and a 2 little.pimple like bumps, i didn't put anything sir. I only use soap i shave my pubic hair And then there it is slowly having bumps like that. I read some that only use water no soap or something.. Btw sometimes i masturbates like dry and sometimes wet.. In shower.

You need to keep everything that is chemical based, including soap and shaving foam / gel well away from the head of your penis.
You need to tell me if you have applied things like skin cream or baby oil to the head of your penis - when you were masturbating, or maybe you thought you needed to use these to moisturise the head area of your penis?

Hi sir, i didn't applied anything. But now we did go to the dermatologist and the dr gave me an oatmilk cream and fluocinolone lotion to moisturize my penis head.

It is good that you have been to a skin Specialist - you need to use what medicinal applications that you have been given as you have been directed.
You may not get an immediate change. You may need to use the medication for 2 or 3 months before you get anything noticeably different
What the Dermatologist is trying to do is to help your skin to return to its natural healthy state, or condition.
Have you been directed to go back and see the Dermatologist again after so many weeks or months?
I am just wondering, do you have skin issues elsewhere on your body?

I have, because I've been itching for a week now on my upper body and upper thigh the dermatologist said i have eczema. It because of my dry skin. And she said i will go back after a week to see the result.

Just checking out a hunch: are you a particularly active young man or a sporting person at all?
When you go back to see the Dermatologist ask her what she believes is the cause of Eczema for most young people such as yourself. If she does not mention diet / what you eat on a regular basis - ask if you adopted a really healthy diet specifically for you to deal with the Eczema whether this would help a great deal ....

Hi thankyou for response she gave me a list of not to eat, may i ask sir? Because now i have bumps i think 4? Not itchy not painful at all not smelly or anything. She believes that is because of my dryskin on penis head and foreskin and one of the bumps pops and infect the others so it could turn a lot of bumps. I'm just worried at all, I'm 17 and experiencing this stuff and I'm a virgin young man. I'll never sex with some hoes with hiv or std or something. If u want i can send a pic of the bumps here in the reply section. Please reply. Thank you.

What you need to do is follow precisely what the Dermatologist has told you to do - no one else understands your personal circumstances better than they do.
What you can do is update your Forum Thread here in 2 or 3 months and let me know how you are getting on ......

I'm stressed right now..

Being stressed will not help your skin problems that you have - you need to focus your mind on doing other activities - preferably away from your own house, if that is where you spend most of your day.
There are two other essentials: i.) you must never masturbate until the skin of your penis has recovered as masturbating will only further irritate your skin; and, ii.) as I have already stated, you must use the medication you have been given in the way in which you have been directed to use it - BUT more relevantly, you MUST give the medication time to have an advantageous impact on your skin.
Sometimes, your skin may seem to be worse for a while, then once the medication begins to have an impact it will improve. However, sometimes medication has to be matched with the individual using it and the severity of the condition or issues it is trying to overcome and make better. This is one of the main reasons the Dermatologist has asked you to go back to see Her after one week, rather than a longer period of time.

wee_dugie is truly helpful. ishaan I had irritation like yours and changing my penile hygiene routine certainly helped but it took a long time to really start helping. it will probably take months but using only water to certainly does help. and focusing too much on your penis will probably make things worse. I suggest if there is no pain or itching just pee and move on don't inspect your penis because it will further irritate it. hang in there friend.
