Hi everyone!

My back hurts constantly now. Is it a symptom any of you experiences as well?

Pain on left side as well... I really don't know what to do at this point.

I m beggining to think the doctors could have missed something.

Can hh alone give me so much trouble?

Please help.

Hi there, yes, my back started doing that as well and I have never had back problems before. It's constant pain between shoulder blades and runs to middle of my back. I found out I have a hiatel hernia on April 2nd with an endoscopy and have gotten considerably worse on the PPI prescribed so I stopped. This is extremely painful so I am going to see a surgeon on May 23rd. I can't take this pain anymore. I hear good and bad with the surgery so I joined this group to get some insight.

Thanks for your reply step. I will try and get an appointment with a surgeon as well to see what my options are. The only thing that scares me about the op is being unable to burp or vomit... Please let me know how it goes with your surgeon. The back pain is constant and very depressing. Always thinking there could be something worse in there.
