Hiatul Hernia

Hi i have a few questions regarding my hernia i was hoping someone could help me with. I have a hiatul hernia (Sliding) and a possible spastic colon. I cant go a day without experiencing panic attacks, pains, bloating and this feeling of getting cold (cold chills) even when its not that cold outside. I just want to know if anyone else experiences this with this condition, and any advice on what i should do to reduce symptoms.
