I've just found out I have a hiatus hernia. For a few months I've suffered with bad nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pains, palpitations, retching the list goes on. I'm currently taking 40mg of Omeprazole and Peptac (for a few months) but at the moment it's like the symptoms have come back 😦 Anyone else going through something similar? This is really starting to effect my every day life.
