I would say any yogurt made with fruits that you like (if is organic the better) and I take every morning a blend of Papaya with spinach and broccoli (very digestive) and I add for flavor Int delight hazelnut creamer and is delicious and healthy (very well blended)

Everybody is different, just make the test what's good for you that doesn't give you digestive problems, and take care what types of food you mix, for me strawberries and other acid fruits are good but I mix them with nuts and seeds, but not like with bananas for example, if I take is regular yogurts, sometimes low fat have aspartame or other kind of sweetener that we have to avoid, but little sugar or stevia is ok
