Hiatus Hernia and constant burping/belching

Did any one find how to stop burping/belching because i cant sleep well because of that pleasw some onw help me ...i have Hiatus Hernia and constant burping/belching

    It is frustrating and uncomfortable. What measures have you tried? Are you seeing a gastroenterologist? Had and endoscope? Raised your bedhead about 8inches? Are you on medication? Hope you get some relief soon.

      I had a baruim swallaw and it says that i have Hiatus Hernia i did not make endoscopey because i am so afraid of it i cant do it ian afraid ...i dont go to dentist for my tooth i cant imagine what endoscope will be ...there was a topic here like my comlplain but thry did not write the solution
