What are your symptoms of a Hiatus Hernia?

I am getting a lot of heart/neck palpitations which is quite frightening.

I have lost my appetite completely and struggle to eat a lot of food, and feel full/sick just all of a sudden when I do eat?

The last 4 nights or so I have really struggled sleeping - I am tossing and turning and waking up 7 or 8 times a night. I find myself on my back which is very rare for me, as I normally sleep on my side!

I feel weak, feeble and drained even during the day. Have no energy. Eyes heavy.

Stomach tender between rib cage and feel as if "blocked" between throat and where tenderness is.

Burping quite a lot too.

Are these symptoms?

Do you have Hiatus Hernia? This can cause heart upsets if the Vagus nerve is stimulated due to the presence of the hernia. Maybe stress accounts for the rest but see a doctor. Hope that helps.
