Hi,
I have been suffering with 24/7 heartburn for about a year now no medication has helped (Famotidine, lansoprazole & Nexium didn't work) and I had a gastroscopy last year that found a 3cm HH, can this HH cause all the heartburn I am getting as it's getting a bit much now!? Perhaps surgery is an option?

I had same problem and found lime water (organic lime), and oil of oregano. I squeeze half a lime in water and drink it. I also changed my diet and eat only organic. You may have to change your diet and see what works best for you. Give it a try and let me know how you do.
