Hidden Tonsil stones

I have suffered with my throat for a good nine months now starting last September. Ive been backwards and forwards to the GP in this time. In January I had an appointment with the ENT Dr and he said all was healthy and put it down to Globus Syndrome

I am still having the same problems to this day and always checking my throat with a torch. Well just recently I have noticed a small white dot on the top of my left tonsil which is very hard to see as it keeps disappearing as I try to hold my throat in such a position see it. It is in a very awkward place.

Does anyone know how to get to this (if its a tonsil stone) to get it out. Thanks.
