Hidradenitis Suppurativa Groin Surgery outcome

I talked to my plastic surgeon about having the surgery on my groins to get rid of the markings and to cease the cysts from coming back. He said he would have to reconstruct my whole vagina. Has anyone ever had this done? I don’t want it to look weird, I’m 18 and would like to have a normal looking vagina. He said he would try to make it look as normal as possible and nice. No hate to transgenders but if a trans woman can have a vagina they should be able to reconstruct mine fine and I was born with one. Has anyone had this?

    Good luck with your surgery I hope you get great results 

    I have bad HS down there too and my vagina looks like a train crash so ugly etc I asked regarding surgery but they won't say anything about it , I can't even entertain the idea of having a relationship looking like this. 

    A nice designer vagina would be fantastic
