hi. i have afib and i take eliquis twice a day for 4 years now. i would like to go through this HIFU for my sagging face . Is it ok for me to go through it? I worry that it may cause blood clotting. thank you very much.

I do not think it would be a good idea unless your anticoagulant was stopped temporarily.

I am assuming you are referring to either a surgical or some type of beautification procedure?
Either way, the provider doing it should request a medical history from you, and upon seeing you have afib & are on a blood inner contact your cardiologist/doctor to seek approval & directions for any treatment regarding your procedure.
As mentioned you probably will be instructed to stop taking your thinner a few days before & after & administer lovenox injections.
