High Allergy Markers In Blood Test

Hi Everybody.
I had some blood tests done a few weeks ago and my doctor told me that the results came back with high allergy marker levels. He hasn't given me any advice however he has said that this does warrant further investigation, so has referred me to the relevant hospital department for further investigation. I can safely say that the results are probably due to one of 3 foods I have introduced in recent months, as all blood tests prior to this showed no allergy markers. These newly introduced foods contain nuts and dairy, and as such I have eliminated them from my diet, however I still have a sense of feeling constantly ill.
What I would like to know is if anyone knows whether these suspect foods could cause a serious reaction such as anaphylactic shock or anything else. I'm keen on discovering the cause of these blood tests results, and in the past all these foods have done is make me feel more unwell than I normally do, so re-introducing the foods could help me discover the problem food. However I don't want to introduce these foods again if there is a chance something bad might happen.
I'd be extremely grateful for any thoughts and comments anyone might have on this.

All I can address is the nut allergy, as I have it. Yes absolutely, eating nuts or anything with nuts can cause anaphylaxis.
