high anxiety

Hi there i would like to know how people deal with day-day things whilst dealing with high anxiety. It can be simple things like house work etc. I also wonder how to detract from intrusive thoughts xx

go out each day even just for a walk, and try to make time for yourself doing something you enjoy. I sing in a rock and pop choir and for one and a half hours each week at rehearsal forget all my problems. It does not last all week but it is something to look forward to which I love.

have time to dwell on things as much, I often go running also with my sister and that helps and I really enjoy that I think it's important to fill your day with things you like doing, housework can be quite therapeutic at times especially with a little music x
