High AST, ALT, Alkaline Phosphatase

My numbers are:

Alkaline Phosphatase, S 153

AST (SGOT) 276

ALT (SGPT) 471

Went to a local clinic as I was feeling ill and they requested blood panels. After receiving the results I was referred to a Gastroenterologist. I left his office today with orders for additional blood panels and a couple of abdominal ultrasounds. The doctor couldn't give me any indication of what could possibly be wrong other than "it may be your liver, it may be gallbladder, it may be pancreas..."

Are any of these numbers familiar to anything specific? He assured me it wasn't due to any of my medications or anything recent in my history. I am having a bit of anxiety until I have these additional tests next week and waiting for the results.

I went to a local clinic due to feeling a lot of abdominal pain and general abdominal upset. They ran labs to check for pancreatitis, etc. Once they received the notice my levels were elevated they referred me to the GI.
