High blood pressure and clogged ears when moving head

It’s so weird. Since a few days I’ve been feeling dizzy, extreme tired, stressed and since an hour or so I have a loud feeling in my head. Like I can hear something flow or idk. Also my ears feel filled with water when I move my head. I haven’t took a shower yet so I’m sure there is no shower water. But it feels such. Also I just measured my blood pressure which was 154/96 and pulse was 90. I’m worried. Should I go to the ER?
