Just wonder what symptoms people get when with high blood pressure. I've heard it is a silent killer, but some people seem to think they get symptoms.

Well, when it gets really high it can be accompanied by various minor symptoms, but also it can co-occur with other things and then it's hard to sort out what is cause and what is effect. It's the moderate numbers for several years, that is the silent killer.
