High Blood Pressure & Thyroid

Hi

Can anybody help had thyroid removed 3 years ago on 75/100 levo on alternate days.  Diagnosed with high blood pressure and I am now on my 3rd tablet as previous ones had side effects this new tablet worked and my GP has increased the doze from 2.5mg to 5mg per day this is the first week and I am feeling jittery, headaches, nightsweats, sick feeling, heartburn just rubbish.  My question is this a side effect of the blood pressure tablet (Ramipril) or the levothyroxine.

Have been taking levo at night and the above symptoms went away after a time.

    Hi Christine, there have been a bunch of posts here similar to yours because people  find their blood pressure goes crazy high on the levo.

    Thank you for your reply smile though that I was seeing a little light at the end of a very long tunnel now feel as if I am back at the begining again sad
