High calcium, low pth and vit d deficiency

I have had recurring infections so doc sent me for bloods and then repeat bloods which show slightly raised calcium 2.67, low pth 1.6 and vitimin d deficiency at <10. Doc thought pth was going to be high but now it has come out low she has requested an urgent referral to endocrinology. Im going out of my mind with worry as all i can find on google is negative. Has anyone had similar results and had a duagnosis that wasn't horrific? please help 🙏
