HI All
I'm 2 weeks post surgery for a high complex fistula and had a seton put in. I'm keeping it as clean as humanly possible, and due for a follow up for 3 months. I'm due back to work next week but don't think I can sit all day in an office chair as it's still painful.
any suggestions? I work in a large office so I don't want to draw attention by using a rubber ring lol.

Has your employer got an HR or occupational health department who could assess your needs ?
