High diastolic- drops when laying down

Hey everyone. I have been through a rough time the last 4 weeks. Started with a bad UC flare, led to odd pin prink headaches on my crown and feeling faint. Found out a had a UTI and the only thing that worked on any of my symptoms was an antibiotic that I am allergic to, Rocephin or cefdinir. After nearly losing consciousness at the urologist, they hospitalized me and made me get through 3 more days of the antibiotic which ravaged my system. I had shaking, drenched night sweats, body overheating, and feelings of shock. After taking me off the antibiotic, they found that my cortisol levels were way low, apparently from corticosteroids I took during the flare, and gave me a cortisol booster shot.
Now out of the hospital, I have blood pressure that goes to 140-150/ 95-115 when being very mildly active and on my feet, but as soon as I lay down, not sitting, it drops to 120-128/70. This will then drop, especially laying on my left side to 105/60 or lower. My c-reactive protein is also high. I'm not sure what is going on with my hormones or cortisol level now, but what I feel is scary. Often having to go number 2 makes a jump in my bp as well to where I feel almost faint.
Anyway. I keep getting written off by doctors, they act like they just want to move on to the next patient. I haven't had fever at all, but I wish someone would take an interest and assume responsibility for my care and well being. 4 weeks ago I was working out every day, 30 minutes of cardio, doing projects, classes, etc. then the next week I could barely do any singular activity for longer than a few minutes before resting. Something just isn't right. Still waiting on a call from an endocrinologist referral and another appointment with the cardiologist to discuss these elements he didn't bother to test; he only did a lay, sit, stand BP test and declared I had hypotension.
