High ESR

I m 35 yrs, my esr rate is 70 , all cbc test are normal, ra factor is normal, my altrasound and X-ray also normal I m worried about my high esr plz tell what I do next

    A high ESR is an indication of irritation or disease. It could be a straightforward as you are sickly - that will give you a high ESR level. Try not to freeze - there is something going ahead in your body, yet it most likely is something extremely mellow and will pass.
