High ferritin after one iron infusion

im 36 weeks pregnant and was given an iron infusion due to having anemia.

9 days after the infusion my doctor ran some follow up bloods, and my red blood count actually declined from 113 to 95, whilst my ferritin increased from 13 to over 700. She told me the ferritin increase is nothing to worry about, but after some googling ive worked myself up and now im worried. my doctor is very good though so im hoping if there were any concerns she would be investigating further.

is it normal to have such a large increase after just one infusion? should i push for further investigation?

only a few weeks left of pregnancy and i really want to enjoy this time bur stuggle with health anxiety so this is playing on my mind.
