High Fiber Diet

Is there anyone on this forum who has introduced more fiber to their diet after their first flare and have  never had another flare?  If so, what type of fiber? How long has this worked for you?

For me I find the two easiest to introduce early are oatmeal (no sugar and gf) and avacados.  I eat them everyday as well as celery.  Then when i eat lettuce I only use butter lettuce or spinach as they seem to be easier on for me.
