I'm a 37 year old male and just had my yearly health check and my GGT levels are high (67) my AST and ALT are normal and also bilirubin is fine.
I'm healthy, normal weight, non smoker and eat a varied diet (apart from having ulcerative colitis) I do drink beer weekly but not every day. Any ideas what could be causing this? I was on a 2 week holiday last month and had alcohol every day, could that be the reason?
