high heart rate with minimal exertion should I worry?

Hi everyone so long story short I'm diabetic but eat clean and work out several times a week. Since January I've noticed I'm getting really breathless quickly and wiped out so much so it's affecting my fitness performance.

Around a month ago at a check up I said this was happening and also experiencing palpitations daily. They found my meds fir diabetes isn't working so thought that would explain symptoms.

Since this has improved palpitations did not. This last week I have really felt ill. So wiped out with heart rate going high with minimal exertion. I collapsed and taken to hospital on Wednesday night but sent home after bloods turned up normal.

I can barely function today, heart rate hitting 167 just going to the toilet. I went light headed and could felt really funny then head ache started. I've came to bed but nit sure whether I should seeka doctor appointment tomorrow?

Thanks for taking the time to read
